The Mature Flower

Seeds and sprouts cannot start a new flower on their own.

In the garden

Let a flower grow before relying on it to fill nearby plots by itself. In the Greenhouse, a seed or sprout can still participate beside another parent.

Further notes

Young plants cannot generate a spawn on their own.
